About Us

Remilon is a fast-growing company that still maintains a small company atmosphere. We believe that happy, well-balanced employees make up a healthy and successful company. It's not uncommon to see employees enjoying a game of pool or ping-pong in the break room as we discuss ways to improve our sites. Sometimes our best ideas come through unconventional means. We want employees to enjoy their work and enjoy working with one another.

Remilon is dedicated to employee health and wellness, offering daily on-site lunches, discounts to local gyms, and great benefit packages to all full-time employees. We even compete in informal sporting and recreational leagues.

We also feel it is important to acknowledge individual and team accomplishments. We feel that each person and each team is an extension of the greater company. When one does well, we all do well. Therefore, we like celebrating major milestones as a company. Within the last year we've had company-wide go-kart races, competed in trampoline dodgeball, and had several fine dining experiences (families included) to celebrate the achievements of our employees. As we expand, we continue to look for people who share our same work ethic, gusto, and commitment, all while having a great time doing it.
